We meet again @MamaLana Sourdough ...

So this will be the place to post and discuss about all things health-related. ๐ด๐ด Everything here is each author's opinion, since we are not doctors and nothing we say or post here is intended to treat or cure any conditions or did-eases. Just in case we get raided by the FDA or CDC or some other 3-lettered agency or 4-lettered word.๐ด๐ด
Thanks for creating this. I am looking forward to what will be presented.
Please ask questions! This will be a place for friendly exploration for some - those new to natural health and maybe just learning about alternatives to big pharma, or allopathic medicine including vaccinations. It is SAFE to assume that many people will fall in either side of many topics here. There will be NO bullying, NO ridiculing, NO threats or generally bad behavior OF COURSE. Oftentimes, our health or dis-ease is what awakened some of us to the GAC. So WELCOME ALL!
@Nightwolf.j2 would you like to post a couple things like links to Dustin's videos where he speaks about Carbon 60 or any healthy topics? Or about Ormus?
Hi @Winsome can you repost with some information about what or why? I'm having a hard time pulling up that site.
Hello, @MamaLana Sourdough. Earthclinic.com https://www.earthclinic.com/ is a nice resource - it offers a huge database of natural remedies submitted by people from all over the world (in English). You can look up information by 'ailment' or by 'remedy'. (For example, you can look up the remedy 'Apple Cider Vinegar' and see lots of uses.) People comment on their experiences with remedies and the votes are compiled to sort the data by effectiveness. It has been very helpful to us for several years now. You don't have to create an account just to look things up.
Wow neet. Cool place. @Winsome
Have you tried Ormus? I was totally into alchemy since the mid 1990s. I'm curious if anyone else has and to share their experiences.
Awesome...I just noticed this room!
I'm making borax water today!
Let me know how that goes, I'm interested in that as well. Will it be organic borax?
Ive gotten off my antiinflammatory and am taking chia seeds and flax seeds because supposedly they have anti-inflammatory properties. I was using tumeric, but have a hard time with the taste. And I forget what I was even using it for!
any info on these would be helpful.
Also whats the best thing for building muscle? I'm just beginning to walk and lift weights again after a year of being inactive. I am not ready to have NO muscles yet! Also any good advice on losing weight at menopause age. Before surgery it was impossible to lose a pound, now it's even worse. Thanks guys!
@Nightwolf.j2how does one make ormus?

@Nightwolf.j2 , no re: Ormus. Have you?
I have, I've known about for a while now, I spoke Barry Carter. Who was in charge of Ormus What is it? Website. Its an amazing product, it helps everyone with many things in different ways. Its basically the 5th element. Which I think will be one of the things that will be disclosed once all the hidden suppressed tech will come out in the light.
Read most of those articles back in the mid 90s.
A really good video on it was the guy who rediscovered alchemy in modern day terms, David Hudson.
@Maga gal Have you tried grinding the chia and flax seeds. I use an electric coffee grinder for about a week's worth at a time. If I have them already ground, my husband will add them to his yogurt.
They actually come ground up. I sprinkle them on pretty much everything. My family makes fun and I donโt care! @BornFree what do you take them for?
Chia and Flax Seeds are a good source of fiber, but also there are lots of trace minerals.
We are always looking for ways to save money. I get ours in bulk section of the coop. It is much cheaper to grind them myself. Also, less loss of nutrients when used soon after grinding.
We switched to coconut oil primarily because of anti-inflammatory properties. there are a lot of other benefits though. ๐ http://www.greenmedinfo.com/blog/13-evidence-based-medicinal-properties-coconut-oil ๐ http://coconutoil.com/study-coconut-oil-fatty-acids-have-bactericidal-and-anti-inflammatory-activities-against-acne/
I can't eat curry often enough to get enough turmeric for health benefits, so we started using the Curamed brand, but due to serious cost difference, we switched to Vitacost.com 's "ROOT2 Turmeric Extract Curcumin C3 Complexยฎ with Bioperineยฎ" The Chia, Flax, Coconut Oil, and Curcumin are all supposed to have anti-inflammatory properties. ๐ท as well as possibly protecting against Fluoride toxicity: http://archive.is/5JZOv ๐ท Also possibly treat/prevent cancer: http://archive.is/182rl ๐ท including TNBC: http://archive.is/ZVeCk ๐ I need to research turmeric supplements more.
@BornFree Do you use coconut oil for cooking too? I have it and use it from time to time but I primarily use Avocado oil for cooking or Olive Oil, grape seed oil has many benifits too.
@Nightwolf ๐ ๐บ We have been using Coconut Oil for cooking, when it can be melted -- eggs, stirfry, pancakes. For in recipes, mostly Avocado oil or Olive oil. I have some Olive/Grapeseed oil, but usually do not think to use it. I have always loved coconut, so i found it quite easy to transition to it. My husband took a bit longer, but now he is used to it. ๐ป
Hey, I just realized that a Youtuber my husband told me about last week is here. ๐ค Gee, it's a small world. https://www.dustinnemos.com/health ๐
