@all For those of you who were questioning if we were getting cabins or need to bring tents to the December bake sale, we will need to bring tents. If you want, you can arrange to sleep in another activists tent.

Norcal bros: I have an extra tent large enough for 1-3 men, if anyone wants to use it please speak up. Its quite large but its bag can fit inside a second large duffel bag for a single checked bag. Just has more weight.

@all As some of you may know I was out of commission for two weeks, I was sick but am all better now, so I was not as active on Rocket Chat as usual and thus some of you may still be waiting for replies to messages sent out. Rest assured I will be addressing them today. I would also like to thank @Josh CA for helping shoulder some of the leadership duties while I was away. Lastly be sure to be regularly checking up on your flight status for the December event, a lot of flights are being cancelled and rescheduled by the airlines lately so be sure to be keeping an eye on that.

@all Also be sure to send me your flight schedule for December again even if you have done so already.

@Paul CA If bringing an extra tent on your flight is possible then do it, there is always a group of lads in need of one.

The tent adds a significant amount of cargo so if there are (ideally) two who need it, it's worth it

Other wise as far as single tents go, "pop-up" tents are great for winter because you don't waste any time getting them deployed (less than 1 minute to set up or tear down in cold wind)

@Paul CA I do not know of a specific number of lads that might need it but judging from passed events there are always a handful of lads in need of tent at large gatherings such as these.

@all At the upcoming December event, we will be camping, which means there will limited forms of light available. Samuel VA has forwarded me these links and highly recommends people consider purchasing one or both of these lighting options if you do not have something similar already.
