@all LAST WEEK BEFORE THE BAKE SALE. Make sure everything you need is within your position and secured for the day we leave. Everyone in the cities will coordinate with @George MN on the easiest location to meet for pick up (check the park n rides in the area. You can leave your car there for 3 days or more for free usually.) EVERYONE further south will meet up with me. I've told our SD brethren as much.

@all I'm extremely impressed with the way you all handled yourself at the event despite the inconveniences we all experienced. The boon we're still collecting from this successful event is greater than I could have ever dreamed of and its only the beginning. Let's not waste this momentum as we move into the new year. @Mike MN We're in a (proverbial) fight for our survival. Like any fight, blows are exchanged. We struck harder than we received, and millions and millions saw us do something that no one even supposed was possible, thus the dismay and shock.

We got a bit of a black eye on the logistical side, but it's just a little time and money. Everything will be squared. They gave us their best shot, but we're still here, and they aren't getting another chance like that. They claim false victory and go back to their drugs and venomous hatred. We claim true victory and hold true to our principles, practices, and measures of improvement.

I am sure everyone here heard this in the meeting but 3 essential things to do: Get rid of all social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc..), get a subscription to https://joindeleteme.com/ (add every adult at your address to your subscription), Google your name and check web results and images (use "FIRSTNAME LASTNAME", "FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME, LASTNAME", and the unquoted versions) anything you find your should try to get removed if possible. It sometimes takes a few weeks for search engines to deindex dead pages.

@all Need a response from everyone about the banner workshop. Mike is unable to host due to work reasons.

We need a few things by EOD today.

First: A complete headcount of everyone who can make it to a banner workshop tomorrow at 5pm. Plan on being at my place, unless a more convenient location materializes tonight.

Second: Sunny either needs to attend, or transfer his materials to someone who can attend.

I will provide the canvas and grommet kit. I believe Ray has paint and stencils.

I need 2 people in addition to myself in order to make this happen successfully.

Finally, everyone need to be absolutely consistence about checking RC every night. We cannot organize activism unless everyone is engaged with the workspace. We must limit use of the Threema chat to things like posting addresses, etc.

We are going to start doing weekly mumble meetings again. During these meetings we will discuss our schedules and availability for the coming week, commit to doing x amount of pro mat runs, and plan future activism. This format of keeping everything on Threema has failed us, and so we absolutely need to get everyone in the same place at the time on a WEEKLY basis to have a discussion.

Everyone needs to post in THIS chat what nights they're available for these meetings. Use the following format example.

Mon 8pm-10pm, Thurs 9pm-11pm .... etc

@all This workshop and the banner drop that will proceed it needs to happen. We've been far too lazy and prone to excuses when it comes to the commitments and oaths we made to this org, myself included. If you cannot fulfill even the simplest request to give the bare minimum of required presence and time needed for this Network, then you will be removed. This is unacceptable and this changes starting today.

@Mike MN I have told you specifically at D.C. that I need to see you more active in this group. You've physically grown lazy and it shows, along with your unwillingness to find your own resolve, rather than allowing your woman to impede you at every turn.

I just got an update for the offsite meeting that was blocked off on Friday that I thought I’d be busy for, it sounds like they’re going to give us the afternoon off after a team lunch. Not gaurenteed to get off early but I think I can make 3:00 work if that’s the case.
