Under it all, whites just need to breed with each other more. Case closed, that would fix most of the dangers the alt-right is afraid of.
Now, taking their concerns into consideration, and given that breeding with each other would take at least a generation to have positive effects, I would say that "white countries" would do well to pause immigration for, say, 10 years. That's certainly fair.

you don't get self determination if you miscegenate. You don't get to be part of a group if you are mixed to the point of not being majority 'group X'. Maybe a country of mongrels. Kind of like mexico
