The "believe all women" people are pro-rape. Change my mind 😉
i think Tim was going for the "believe all woman are racist" angle 😉
If you believe the woman and she is wrong on the identity of the perp then that means that a rapist goes free and can continue to rape people.
that also 😄
@I AM ERROR yup i agree with you they def are pro rape
Cuz if rape doesnt happen then they got dick .....huzzah!
Note how the "woman in good standing" only grants the "believe all women" power to women who are already profiting off the system
Like go fund me funds ?
@Nine Or the ones who are in the correct tribe.
Ahh the ones who are in the reservation
Just posting to say Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka (the pic listed above) is actually pretty comfy af
Canada is pathetic, holy shit.
So this will legalize getting away with false accusations?
There's a lot of laws in Canada that do that.
I feel like avoiding Canada like a plague.
We only recently had a case where somone was barely, just barely freed after an appeals court ruled that "BelieveHer" was not admissible under law. (After which the accuser admitted it was false.)
It's a lovely country otherwise, and we go farther right on a lot of things.
I heard before that Japan's justice system is totally fucked, but is it as bad as what's happening here?
I mean, they've adopted a "guilty before innocent" standard and it's even worse for foreigners.
... I don't know. Japan lets people off for mental illness, but Canada's acquitted people for being Native.
Feminists want women to have the power to send any man to jail for any reason
I don't know if this video is right, though.
Bill C-51 was a controversial anti-terrorism bill that gave the ministry of agriculture the right to hack my phone without letting me know, not a bill on consent.
watched the video?
I'm doing so now.
maybe they included things in law that don't belong there
Wait, the Ministry of Agriculture can hack your phones?
Could. It was one of 26 ministries that had the right to.
The Liberals struck down parts of the bill two years later
But I don't know how far they went
Probably not very far.
This moment of false accusations.
And shit that makes you wonder "Who would do something like this"
I don't see Trudeau limiting government powers.
I would suggest everyone watch Breaking Bad. And anyone who has already seen it, should watch it again.
@Scribblehatch Authoritarians.
That's who would do something like this.
