We actually had disagreements early on.

One of the first things she said was that women couldn't be sexist and I told her right away that this sounded like absolutely bullshit.

When she started lying about what had happened, I started calling her out on it and all her friends closed ranks on me.

They think they are entitled to things, that they can get away with anything, and will resort to revenge tactics that can destroy your life.

To that, you should react rationally as possible and formulate really humiliating plot against her to catch her off guard
