That is also why I absolutely loathe the usage of "equality" when describing communism:
If you give people who are not equal the same rewards, you are rewarding the one who worked least most.
That is not equality and it is not fairness.

They can only "get away with murder" because they can afford better lawyers. Affording something is not the same as having a right to something. The poor have just as much of a right to hire the same lawyers.
