The problem with the 2 party System is that sometimes the one side wants to Keep themselves in power . but societally its hard if the Fabric they weave wont hold

2018-11-02 21:09:03 UTC

While collectivism can get dangerous a lot faster than individualism, both lead to bad extremes

2018-11-02 21:09:03 UTC

@Yugure one party will eventually diminish as ideas start to become more extreme contradictions will be weeded out

2018-11-02 21:09:14 UTC

@Yugure how so?

2018-11-02 21:09:28 UTC

Individualism to an extreme will cause fractures

2018-11-02 21:09:35 UTC

cuz everyone thinks THEY have the real truth and ideas

2018-11-02 21:09:40 UTC

yeah

2018-11-02 21:09:44 UTC

no followers just leaders

2018-11-02 21:09:52 UTC

and you'll just be bowling-pins for a collective bowling-ball

2018-11-02 21:09:53 UTC

save yourself situation

2018-11-02 21:10:16 UTC

@Yugure shall we take this to debate?

2018-11-02 21:10:18 UTC

Those two basically hit it on the head

2018-11-02 21:10:46 UTC

so what exactly?

2018-11-02 21:11:00 UTC

individual extreme would cause People to not have a Reason to help others ? some would obviosly but would most people then in a society thats purely based on individualism be considered Self centrism ? @Dr.Wol

2018-11-02 21:11:01 UTC

If you ask me, the promotion of individualism should be ignored when coming from collectivists

2018-11-02 21:11:20 UTC

@Walsp no helping others promotes a society they wanna see

2018-11-02 21:11:28 UTC

Self-Centeredism @Walsp 😄

2018-11-02 21:11:31 UTC

Lol

2018-11-02 21:11:34 UTC

For example, I tend to see a lot of people promoting individualism among demographics who are being opposed by collectivists, so as to weaken said demographics' ability to govern themselves and others

2018-11-02 21:11:34 UTC

there we go

2018-11-02 21:11:52 UTC

plus you get the selfish satisfaction when you help someone

2018-11-02 21:12:06 UTC

only if its profitable

2018-11-02 21:12:10 UTC

no one wants to help a prick

2018-11-02 21:12:22 UTC

lul

2018-11-02 21:12:28 UTC

😄

2018-11-02 21:12:29 UTC

all you see is profit

2018-11-02 21:12:35 UTC

feeling happy is profit too

2018-11-02 21:12:38 UTC

doesn't have to be money

2018-11-02 21:12:40 UTC

true

2018-11-02 21:12:43 UTC

For example, Grassy McGreen hates the Red people

2018-11-02 21:12:54 UTC

@haahwaaw is it rational hatred

2018-11-02 21:12:58 UTC

And wishes to have the nation be governed at their expense

2018-11-02 21:12:59 UTC

in my Education System for example Lowering the passing Rates instead of setting a standard Keeping people Ignorant of there situation and what they could achieve. making them Subservient of collectives to sustain themselves is unhealthy long term as you create constant generations dependant on the Collective to Take care of them .

2018-11-02 21:13:00 UTC

every choice people make is about what nets them the most profit, be it in money, happiness, satisfaction

2018-11-02 21:13:35 UTC

Thus he promotes individualism amongst the Red people, while collectivism among the Greens, so that the Greens can more easily oppose the Reds, and the Reds as a group are less able to politically secure themselves from Grassy McGreen's efforts

2018-11-02 21:13:50 UTC

hmmm

2018-11-02 21:13:58 UTC

🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

2018-11-02 21:14:05 UTC

When everyone is their own person and only worried about their own person, those who are not the "fittest" of our society are forgotten and left behind for the inability to keep up as well as the fact we will only see ourselves as "Jim" "Bob" or "George", but the bits of collectivism is what allows us to see ourselves not just with our views as us as individuals, but also as a collective, as "Americans" for example
