The activists, msm and people in favor of this have set the standard so low that they even threatened my country to hand out asylum grants & visas at embassies under penalty of 5000€ for each day they refuse to do so.
People who were investigated by officials who have already granted thousands of people entry (to great annoyance to some) and concluded they have no reason to be granted access to the country

Acting without thinking of the impact it has on others... that is careless and dangerous.

Now just for a moment think of what it wouldve meant if that wasnt overruled by the court

Not only that, it is selfish.

by the way how do we verify that overstay visa claim? We can count the overstay visa crowd. but how do you count the group that entered with out you knowing?

But i do know that that is not the case in my western EU country.
And one of THE biggest reasons (im at evening school right now so im confronted by this) is the lack of knowledge of the language.
And the left here has decided that forcing immigrants to learn the language is racist.
