To save an 18wo it will cost millions and likely not be successful. 26wo is about as early as we see any success.

As long as a the pregnancy is far enough along that a woman knows she's pregnant, give a cushion beyond that and draw a line. 18wo sounds reasonable.

It being the mother's body is not a good argument, though, either. A child is dependent on a caregiver, even after birth. Yet, if you just let your child starve, you are liable.

That will have to be decided in a case by case basis

A child being dependent, on the body or in any other way, is not a moral argument for that person it depends on to pull the plug.

Because Aborting can also be a financial thing too I'm not too sure if its just for convenience yknow
