But like hey

2018-11-23 14:50:25 UTC

the criterion for socialism is that the state owns the means of production

2018-11-23 14:50:28 UTC

never said it was good

2018-11-23 14:50:30 UTC

China has multiple disqualifying factors
1. The state owns companies, and there's no legal basis for privately owning your company or competing with those companies
2. The state owns all the land

2018-11-23 14:50:36 UTC

1 more time

2018-11-23 14:50:42 UTC

I might stop posting it

2018-11-23 14:50:53 UTC

Yes, but it's a bit hard to pin it down. Usually, those systems are hybrid. It's not all one or the other.

2018-11-23 14:51:06 UTC

What if the state owns some means of production?

2018-11-23 14:51:21 UTC

What if you only have slight disadvantages by not choosing public health insurance in Europe?

2018-11-23 14:51:25 UTC

Codes... No one asked you.if it was good or not.

2018-11-23 14:51:30 UTC

and I dont mean all the land as in "it has borders", I mean "land ownership" is a lease agreement

2018-11-23 14:51:35 UTC

never said it was good

2018-11-23 14:51:45 UTC

omg

2018-11-23 14:51:46 UTC

But hey, keep on ignoring it

2018-11-23 14:51:47 UTC

no one said you did

2018-11-23 14:51:58 UTC

inb4 "I was merely pretending"

2018-11-23 14:52:00 UTC

Let's not worry about good and bad for now.

2018-11-23 14:52:04 UTC

Let's just nail it down.

2018-11-23 14:52:10 UTC

Its the illusion of Privatization hence A hybrid State Capitalist system . they allow outside investment "IF" investment follows chinese Contract and obligations. They allow you investment from them If you dont Call taiwan a sovereign nation. If my country says Taiwan is A sovereighn country we lose 2.5 billion $ In Projects for a year . So there is a catch Same goes for the people in china taking Bank loans and buying goods and services .

2018-11-23 14:52:22 UTC

how is the illusion of something that thing?

2018-11-23 14:52:29 UTC

Beemann: "Capitalism means private ownership and profit"
Codes: "I never said it was good"

2018-11-23 14:52:30 UTC

2018-11-23 14:52:39 UTC

if I say I have the illusion of being a doctor, how am I a doctor?

2018-11-23 14:52:45 UTC

it means, definitively, that I am not

2018-11-23 14:52:49 UTC

Okay, are trade tariffs a disqualifying criterion then?

2018-11-23 14:52:51 UTC

Its not how we define it its how the State defines it in China and how they make it look to the outside world

2018-11-23 14:52:53 UTC

and am *pretending* to be

2018-11-23 14:53:03 UTC

no, it's not how it works lol, it's how it functions

2018-11-23 14:53:04 UTC

But hey, I never said it was good capitalism

2018-11-23 14:53:08 UTC

Its Sun tsu in all of it

2018-11-23 14:53:10 UTC

😏

2018-11-23 14:53:28 UTC

when china puffs its chest its weak while it pretends to be strong .

2018-11-23 14:53:50 UTC

When they back down at Trump they are strong and plan to make themselves look weak

2018-11-23 14:54:06 UTC

You cant have state run capitalism, its literally in opposition to it

State run capitalism is a simple term for State run for-profit business

for it to be capitalist it would have to be privately owned, not owned by the state

2018-11-23 14:54:20 UTC

cuz people understand capitalism to mean making profit

2018-11-23 14:54:33 UTC

Reminder that this is the definition of capitalism from basically every source

2018-11-23 14:54:36 UTC

Or in otherwords, planned capitalist economy

2018-11-23 14:54:36 UTC

Yes the work around is china allows Certian people to run these companys

2018-11-23 14:54:40 UTC

hence its state run
