Is voting a right?
But life isn't a right.
The state isnt removeing that right, it is just giving amnesty to doctors who do it
But states may sanction others to take away life without due process? I'm deeply confused.
The Declaration of Independence has no legal standing
foundational document
No one is taking life away except the individual taking their own life
The doctor comes in with a pill, leaves,
"deprive"
you chose to take it or not
vs. assisting you to take your own life
Even Kavorkian's Machine required the person to press the button themselves
Btw cat, how old is your son?
Also, we turn off machines or withdraw tube feedings from people all the time because of their written and notarized wills or on the direction of their powers of attorney
My son in 17yo
Does he play any PC games?
Not really
RIP
I want more guys around my age to game with
I;'ll see about bringing him to Sakura Con
I will be 21 by then
That is gonna be fun
I have lots of ways to treat headaches, from a good meal to lidocaine injections in certain points of the face and neck.
Perfect, you can buy the booze for both of you guys then.
Not so sure how Cat would feel about that
It's not against federal law, so she'll be fine :D;;;
I think you'd find my son rejecting it
It's against state law
That is true too
Actually, isnt it okay if your parent permits it and it is in private?
Better doublecheck the wording on that. Most state laws are tricky about it.
Well that was my first time registering for sakura con didnt know I got a discount
Why do we even have federal laws against murder?
How is that a federal jurisdiction?
We apparently don't. Murder seems to be legal federally because it's not in the constitution.
We do.
Title 18 of the federal US Law Code.
because congress is granted the authority to create laws
