Treating them like adults would be:
Equal rights = equal responsability
Then she shouldnt have been raped
When push comes to shove, you fall back on the same retarded NPC lines like "You just hate women" as the very people you proclaim to be vehemently opposed to.
*mic drop*
So at what point do we start to blame the abusers rather than the victims?
is my only concern with your argument
I am done with you, you man child.
*raises hand*
We always blame the abusers
when the abusers have been proven to be abusers
There is -not- a victim until a crime has actually been proven.
but undead, wants to make it so that abusers as a class do no exist
For example:
Man & women have sex, much later a rapeclaim is being made.
Word of a women should not be worth more then a man, but it is seen like that and constantly being pushed to be like that right now.
Actual evidence should be the deciding factor of this.
because he believes that men dont actually abuse women sometimes
Trit I agree with you there
I dont think thats a fair statement from what ive seen
undead wouldnt
really
Like I have asked atleast 4 times, now a fifth
like i said i only started following this thing later on so idk what was said before
At what point do we blame abusers, over the victim
Here is a simple formula I follow:
When it gets to the point that an NPC plays the "You just hate women." card, you simply declare yourself the winner and walk away.
You have pushed the NPC as far you can. It's a waste of time beyond that.
Undead told me straiight up, Its my moms fault for being abused by my dad for marrying him
Now, at what point is it not my moms fault?
I dont blame victims, but me just questioning a "victim" is now considered blaming the victim
sure she had some part of the blame, she shouldnt of stuck with him
That much is clear
but do we just say its her own fault, or do we punish my dad for what he did?
Like seriously, undeads argument says, that my dad should get off scott free
Right well
My stepdad was a psychopath
So, seriously at what point do we stop blaming the victims of ACTUAL abuse
im not gonna go into detail what he did
But i did blame my mother for not throwing him out after i told her about what he was doing for 5 years straight
But I can understand that
That is still different, should he get off scott free?
the answer is no
No but he did
because she never pressed charges
Sadly in the reverse it happens far more often
