I was just reading that convo Alice. If you have first aid training as a civvy, do you not need to help? In Australia you have to otherwise you can be charged. If you're trained in nfitst aid here then by law you must be ***the*** first aid

Some states have it as a misdemeanor if you don't call 911 at least but I don't think that's really enforcable

Over here, even if you're just trained in cpr, you have to be the first responder and hang about until paramedics arrive

The states duty is to enforce the ideals that lead to a functioning and happy society

The current state us bullshit and basically uncaring

The state can be a wonderful thing

I think it should encourage things like this, state ran youth programs that instill virtuous ideals into youth that manifest into the people becoming better for example
