2019-09-29 22:38:32 UTC

2019-09-29 22:43:09 UTC

I was fecken badly obese @Deleted User

2019-09-29 22:43:12 UTC

Less than a year ago

2019-09-29 22:43:17 UTC

2019-09-29 22:43:23 UTC

2019-09-29 22:43:27 UTC

2019-09-29 22:43:48 UTC

Only started working out and shit in May

2019-09-29 22:43:59 UTC

That’s remarkable progress!

2019-09-29 22:44:29 UTC

2019-09-29 22:44:32 UTC

Grugette

2019-09-29 22:44:42 UTC

For me it’s not about getting buff like a body builder but to simply be healthy. I cut out all drinks that aren’t pure water, all fast food and began strict workout routine every day. @Issa Dornan

2019-09-29 22:44:49 UTC

And now in only 2 weeks I lost 12 pounds.

2019-09-29 22:44:59 UTC

I lose an average 4-5 pounds a week.

2019-09-29 22:45:11 UTC

Be careful with losing too much weight too quickly.

2019-09-29 22:45:18 UTC

It takes a toll on your heart.

2019-09-29 22:45:32 UTC

It can but i've been going really good

2019-09-29 22:45:41 UTC

I am trying to prevent a heart attack tbh

2019-09-29 22:45:51 UTC

Yeah but losing it too quick can

2019-09-29 22:45:56 UTC

Working myself to exhaustion is a sure way to wind up in the ER

2019-09-29 22:46:01 UTC

Yes

2019-09-29 22:46:05 UTC

I cut out fast food, soda, 30 grams of carbs a day, 1,200 to 1,400 daily calorie intake, 5 mile daily walk/jog/run, 200 daily pushups

2019-09-29 22:46:07 UTC

Same for starvation

2019-09-29 22:46:19 UTC

Also a good core workout

2019-09-29 22:46:36 UTC

Today actually all I’ve eaten is a cheese stick and a small bad of Doritos

2019-09-29 22:46:39 UTC

Last fast food I ate was a single biscuit and gravy from a local state restaurant “jacks”, 480 calories.

2019-09-29 22:46:50 UTC

It’s because there’s nothing to eat so I’m just not eating

2019-09-29 22:46:54 UTC

My first week alone I lost 10lbs, when I started by recruiter told me to lose 5 a week

2019-09-29 22:46:58 UTC

I had 4 sips of sweet tea today to cool off my caffeine and sugar headache, as I’ve cut cold turkey

2019-09-29 22:47:05 UTC

really when you first start your metabolism just kicks right in

2019-09-29 22:47:12 UTC

After a while it slows down a lot
