Deplatforming of Political Commentators, Journalists, and Personalities:
Social Media Giants are Deplatforming of individuals on social media websites and attacks on their source of incoming is a direct threat to 1st amendment. Because there are no protections for users of these platforms against being banned by social media giants without violating the terms of service, we are leading to a scary future where the primary social media corporations control what we read or watch on the internet.
Many of these social media companies do target people based on their ideology or their political alignment. Do you really want the social media giants determining if you would get elected or re-elected in elections? Conservatives as well as centralist personalities will be deplatformed off the internet while socialist personalities will artificially be elevated above the rest that managed to survive.
