I am glad Timcast basically hit the nail on the head about Doctor Who.
does it hurt him more? probably
Forced Diversity....
That shit is always cringy.
Maybe but that that idea of televized debate was dumb imo
Both sides cant step down now
we hear every few weeks that the government is a couple days away from shutting down if a short-term budget extension isn't passed
@Dusty Morgan if you want diversity, use white men
we allways liked diversity
espacialy diversity of thots
that's obnoxious, even though tbh I like the new doctor personally XD I think she's good at it from what I've seen, but the diversity hype is shit
No.... I rather have all sorts of characters to make sense.
Their backstories fit the world.
like lets say they would give him the money tomorrow
That would make them look weak
No ?
You get what I am saying...
So dems must hold up
If there is going to be a black character, make the character make sense.
Ad same goes for trump
If there is goign to be a asian character.
Make that character fit.
If there is going to be a white character, make that character fit.
and make sure there is no such thing as clear good and evil. Ifthere is you failed at worldbuilding imo
The color of their skin shouldn't really define them anyways.
It is how they make the character... just make them fit that world.
that's part of why Mass Effect: Andromeda was so poorly received
There was a trans character in it, which is fine
but 30 seconds after being introduced, the character just blurts out of nowhere "HEY I'M TRANS"
Exactly.... having diverse characters is okay, as long as it is natural and it fits.
But if they force diversity for the sake of diversity... it all breaks down.
That's just like g iving them the Sonicfox treatment
why do people keep doing such things?
Why would you announce your medical history to everyone?
That's like me on coming here for the first time and saying "HEY I HAVE AUTISM AND EPILEPSY!"
Think about it... would you rather have a compelling story about the character struggling to be accepted or just a character that immediately comes out and says their trans without any care in the world?
Unless you really dont care, but then you cant really portray that charackter as ever really taking anything to heart in a negative way
Acting like rainbows and sunshine.
people that have nothing to lose can announce all of their data no problem
And everyone in the cast just... magically accepts it.
