I should get a poster to hang
That and an American flag but with the amount of stars I want it to have
The lying media doesn't do its homework because the right doesn't fight back after the slander/harassment is done.
lol, they so royally fucked up with this thing
All the north and the south states should just collect as one
West Virginia?
More like just Appalachia
A much better state name imo
U do realise some ppl cant afford to sue
^
Yeah this isn’t a criminal case
They do have a strong case for libel
But even then no one in their right mind is going to ba-
N others will think the other side will end up getting more favorable convicement from the press, ppl, court and jury. Remember the left is funded by millionaires and billionaires
Bribery is a thing.
I mean I have a photo of Ben Shapiro somewhere
why
Do u fancy him?
I was gonna do a joke that no one would support the kids in a case
Then stop and post a photo of Ben in a furry costume
If i was rich. I would support the kid. I mean kids are helpless and the left show more of the bully aspect
kids have parents
Pewdiepie is going to avoid it
But I think his fans will spread and talk about it
So let’s see if pewdiepie is standing up for white nationalists on channel 4 today
"U do realise some ppl cant afford to sue"
high chance for pro-bono and possibly class action.
or contingency
If they are physically assaulted or harassment continues there is going to be a tip
although only against the larger corporate media
though that's more common in personal injury law
not the individuals on twitter
well, for the class action
Thanks for the addition grenade. But idk it all depends if the kid gets assaulted. That is if he does. Hopefully he doesnt.
Libel and slander does not require assault
there is a video of evidence refuting the claims. If they do not publicly issue a retract of their stories, there might be a strong case of them knowingly spreading lies with intent to damage or harm. And that easy to prove with screenshots of people's reactions on twitter. It goes basically like this: You claim A, video refutes A and proves B, people react violently to A, you now refuse to publicly retract A despite it causing violent reactions and being proven wrong. Therefore you are knowingly spreading lies with the result of attempted harm.
Well i understand but wouldnt he also have to sue twitter for enaging in such acts of threatening?
