Which is wrong.
I eat 2 meals a day
I have a eating habits of nuggets in oven and langsana
I can intermittently fast without feeling too hungry
I m wanna try to get 6 meals per day
I can also eat up to 5 meals a day
I wouldn't even try intermittent fasting on a high-carb diet.
