Diet isn't something you start and stop, it's something you change. It requires making permanent changes to eating habits, like food substitutions.
Some of us don't actually form habits when it comes to eating
Lotta people consider diet as refraining from eating bad stuff or food overall till they lose weight.

I eat 2 meals a day
I have a eating habits of nuggets in oven and langsana
I can intermittently fast without feeling too hungry
I m wanna try to get 6 meals per day
I can also eat up to 5 meals a day
I wouldn't even try intermittent fasting on a high-carb diet.
