yeah, same
Depression is a bitch
being nocturnal helps me stave off depression, despite the other problems it causes due to most people being daylighters
pretty much everyone I know who had it and doesn't anymore did that, leeroy
why I rec it
I don't understand it as coat said
Used to be depressed and would make everything seem impossible but it's got to be an individual solution and a personal change before it gets better or at least imo
I can make myself do things using that mindset *but it makes me worse* @Leeroy
I deal with it on a daily but I really not understand it
nocturnal is the worst for depression
"the hour of the wolf"
@Leeroy Fuck you right
you need the daylight, not enough vitamin D makes it worse
But damn it Jim, I'm an accountant, not a doctor 😂
Yea but I'm VERY anti-social
funny though I'm on nights atm hahah
I have breathing problems when I go outside and even getting to work is hard
I hate ordering food at the food court
@coattailsandbowties do enough small things that you can list them when you feel down, and not enough to tire you out.
it is hard when you`re depressed, I just want to lock myself away and sleep for days but what I found helps for me is getting out in nature a bit, taking the dog out for a good walk in the fresh air, get the endorphins poomping a bit and it does lift my mood greatly. Its just the motivation to get up and go out and do that thats hard, gotta force it
part of it's like mandy says I guess
get out
Yeah exercise can help
get some air
get some vistas
I agree mandy
yeah, chickens got me up in the mornings for most of a year
Anything tbh
outside helps
Depression is best countered if you can feel up to it with exercise
That's more of a general way to deal with it.
climb some tall buildings in central london
Anything different from what your doing currently
get a nice view up there :colbert:
and also go to class :P
@Aya Ok calm down
we not at that level yet
It depends on how it works for an individual. Some people don't get endorphines from going outside, so going out more *doesn't help*
Perhaps but it's worth a try
Same with exercise
