@lolfire I managed 8 months of it and I don't know how tbh. didn't help that the upper management were fucking garbage. my general manager was good in terms of supporting us when customers were being shits, but it'd be things like stupid scheduling, low pay, not letting us take proper breaks, that kinda thing.
