Thus a singular best economic system does not exist

And cannot exist

And it depends on a plethora of other factors

If you want everyone to have a decent living, then high employment is good, but that means that starting up new businesses is harder as there is less of a reserve army of labor

Some nations have many natural resources

Some don't

Some have good supporting geography

Some don't

Even with the same goals the same economic model cannot always be applied to other nations and work
