What I see as the breaking point is information technology combined with lobbying. The inundation of politicized news and "new civics" over the last 60 years has been able to influence to a huge extent "what the people want".

My solution is to reverse cultural decay and backwardness

when the norm for our people is decadence and hedonism, that is what will be reflected in the ruling elite
