The way I would is

End the AMA monopolies

Remove the patents and licensing

Deregulate

And end subsidies

I had a good healthcare idea

Well I still have it

It’s similar to universal healthcare but it doesn’t completely remove all private health insurance

We expand Medicare for everyone, but it’s a very cheap, basic plan

Then if you want a higher quality, better plan, you can get it still from private companies

That way everyone gets basic healthcare but you’re still able to get much better healthcare if you can afford it

This would make Medicare for all cheaper, and we won’t have people dying or going bankrupt over being sick/injured

Also I had a good idea to incentivize businesses and corporations to pay their employees a living wage. We could give tax deductibles to companies who pay their employees a living wage, that way they aren’t forced to do it so companies who can’t afford to give their employees a raise won’t be hurt, and companies who can afford it can get their taxes decreased
