Your welcome hun and that's great that you make stuff homeade. That's definitely the way to go for so many reasons! @Anessa QT

@Jesco White I've never heard of Field Roast. I'm going to check them out now. I'm in the middle of California, small town, not much here but I wouldn't change it (except for the politics). The only reason I make my own is that's what I was taught by my grandparents, everything homemade first. Store bought if you can't help it. Smart Italians. šŸ˜‰ I make it because it's like art and I love art, so it's creating something from a basic ingredient. You are so helpful. I enjoy reading your tips. Thank you so much.

You are welcome! Very smart upbringing! Im in Indiana but live in the city, so I have alot of options thank goodness! I like cooking too. I liked watchin my parents cook when I was a kid, and they'd let me make things for them! Good times!

@Jesco White The big cities are at least an hour drive away, but they aren't big if you live in the populated areas, but they are big to me. Walmart has the Field Roast cheese that I'm going to try. I've missed a simple cheese sandwich so this will be something to look forward to. Now I'll be dreaming of cheese slices. LoL As a kid, we only got to watch our Grandmother cook, so to learn we had to watch and remember. She cooked for the whole family every Sunday, all my cousins were there, too. It was like a Holyday every Sunday.I miss everyone so much, they have all passed on. I was the youngest of all, it's been hard. I have one brother and one sister left from a big family. I don't have kids so it's my cats, dog are my kids. Yes, agree with you, those were good times. ā¤

Now you have a Q family.šŸ’

@Anessa QT and @Jesco White be careful with soy products. I have to get to sleep but can go into it more another time if youā€™re interested. Field Roast is great IF you have no wheat or gluten issues. Daiya has some good items and so does Follow Your Heart. We love their soy free vegenaise.

2018-09-20 13:10:04 UTC

Yes i love the veganaise. I'd be interested about the soy. I've heard good and bad

2018-09-20 21:34:56 UTC

@lmbd You are so sweet, you brought tears to my eyes...in a good way. ā™„

2018-09-20 21:40:25 UTC

@MamaLana Sourdough The only soy I eat is real soy beans: soy milk, tofu. I've heard the soy protein isolates are bad for you so I don't eat that. I don't eat the fake meats...they don't appeal to me. I mostly eat quinoa and beans. I have wheat and mainly gluten issues for sure. I can't eat dairy, gluten, sesame allergy, or pork, eggs, and beef is hard for me to digest so I do without all of those. Never tried veganaise, I make my own no egg mayonnaise.

First batch of Soy Yogurt (I'll call it Joygurt) is started. I used 32 ounces of EdenSoy plain soymilk, 1/2 packet of a Bulgarian culture, shook it up in the carton and poured into the large bowl of the yogurt maker I bought for 16 dollars, it's a Greek Yogurt maker but I doubt I'll use the strainer unless it's very liquid. I'll let it culture for 10-12 hours and see how it goes. This is so exciting. šŸ˜œ

2018-09-21 05:22:21 UTC

The thing about soy is that itā€™s an estrogen receptor. I recently heard a woman say that soy helps her with hot flashes. So thereā€™s that. Personally, IF I buy any tofu, it must be sprouted and organic, but we just donā€™t use it. Plus hubby is allergic to it, so we donā€™t exactly miss it. Soy was very hard on my digestive system- in any form. I imagine since youā€™re culturing it, itā€™s probably easier on your system. Sounds yummy either way!

2018-09-21 14:22:48 UTC

soy for general use should be fermented first

2018-09-21 14:24:02 UTC

it's not ment to be available as unfermented food source, which is why we have the soy-boy problem

2018-09-22 06:15:07 UTC

Anyone here on carnivore or Ketogenic? Very healing

2018-09-22 07:03:32 UTC

@JGrimez Yes, we are on a ketogenic diet. Good for losing weight.

2018-09-22 07:06:02 UTC

@MamaLana Sourdough - We are very allergic to soy in any form. It causes internal inflammation and swollen feet. Our feet would swell so badly that we had difficulty walking. Yes, this is a mild form of anaphalysis, so we cannot have any more soy. Soy allergies are often associated with bean/pea/peanut/legume allergies.

2018-09-22 14:33:27 UTC

@Xenios2011 interesting association- my hubby became allergic as an adult (as far as we know but imho, it was probably low level/underlying since he was a kid) to peanuts and walnuts. A few years later, heā€™s now also allergic to ALMONDS and predictably, soy. I did not expect the almond allergy though. Just tells me that even the organic stuff has been contaminated (the crops). Too many people have b come allergic to too many things. I believe thatā€™s part of the problem with vaccines as well - too much poison for our bodies.

2018-09-22 14:48:09 UTC

mamalana. if he is allergic to almonds, he might also be allergic to stone fruits. My daughter is allergic to fresh peaches, plums, almonds(but not other nuts) peas, birch, but can eat all of that if it is cooked(aside from birch šŸ˜‰ )

2018-09-22 15:08:44 UTC

Peas... yikes...

2018-09-22 15:09:41 UTC

@Xenios2011 @Dustin Nemos do we have any way of creating a referral list for holistic/biological/fm dentists? Not to be publicly posted, but ā€œcirculatedā€ to those in need?

2018-09-22 15:11:59 UTC

Itā€™s going to be similar to vaccine issues on a lower level - the ADA and companies like Colgate-Palmolive and Proctor & Gamble are HUGE and very attached to their incomes.

2018-09-22 21:27:14 UTC

@Dustin Nemos @MamaLana Sourdough Do an Internet search via duckduckgo.com for a replay of the Webinar on dental health, root canals, amalgam fillings, and the link to cancer. I will try to search for any links. It was a while ago ... possibly in the Spring of 2018. It most likely will be edited and a new Webinar produced in 2019. Mike Adams of Natural News and the producer of The Truth About Cancer were involved in this Webinar.

If we want to survive and thrive, we gotta watch the food we eat, the food we feed our dogs and cats (hint: avoid kibble and canned foods), the water we drink (hint: use a good water purifier), the personal health care we use (hint: avoid all shampoos. conditioners, tooth pastes, mouth wash, dental care products) , the air we breathe (hint: get an air purifier) and the doctors we consult.

2018-10-01 14:55:38 UTC

This is a MUST to watch if you are concerned about the heath of everyone. Best info Iā€™ve ever heard on why we are all so sick. The Molecular Biochemist interviewed is very credible

Natural Healing - Dr. Schulze

Since the C60 is out of stock for powder in USA, I will place an order for 25 grams @ 60$ per/gm. The supplier has good reviews and in business for 7 years. Anyone tried this source yet, from China? It does come with a CofA, however I would like to send a sample to an outside lab before using, so any ideas on testing labs avaiable would be most helpful?

2018-10-04 18:58:43 UTC

@oneofhis Mike Adams of Natural News has testing lab

2018-10-05 01:58:47 UTC

Thanks

2018-10-05 14:49:40 UTC

@hitchhiker have you ever been to Dr. Schulzeā€™s shop? Not sure if itā€™s still in Marina Del Rey, but I used to go in there....decades ago! Lol!

2018-10-05 17:59:35 UTC

@MamaLana Sourdough no , but will try when Iā€™m in the area ... been using his products for years though, and I trust him

2018-10-08 08:57:45 UTC

MIke Adams charges (last time I heard) about $150/test.

safer option than cigarettes = vaping. I've done a lot of research on it, ask me about the biased fake studies against vaping.

2018-10-09 05:16:14 UTC

I don't vape, but I would advise if you do to get naturally flavored/organic ones unless you want to inhale VOCs. On that note, I hope Trump has the EPA and FDA finally serve our needs, including banning laundry detergents and soaps containing harmful chemicals, or at the very least to match the standards found in Europe, and to relax regulations such as that found for raw milk based cheese, namely brie and raw milk should be legalized nationally and mandatory vaccines abolished by any state, including California.

2018-10-09 14:28:29 UTC

diabetics can't vape, it raises their blood sugars

2018-10-10 04:51:04 UTC

@Springjack there's a lot more VOC's in the air you breathe and in cigarettes than there is in vaping http://www.ecigarette-research.org/research/index.php/whats-new/whatsnew-2015/230-sp3

2018-10-10 04:52:06 UTC

i didn't like that vaping was being referred to as aerosol though, aerosol is under pressure like in a can, a spray, vaping is neither of those things
