in order to use voice click on general under voice

make sure your headphone sign at bottom of screen shot and your mic are not crossed out

to stop hearing or just stop talk you can cross out your mic to prevent volume or click on your headphone to prevent hearing

as you can see Odd77 is in voice chat but because his mic and headphone are crossed out he cannot hear or speak
