@Mary Poppins The Gary Goddard in the story is the same one actor Anthony Edwards accused of molesting him. There’s a long list of boys besides him. He’s currently stepped down from his position.
Kavanagh was one of the ones who covered up the murder at Ft. Mercy park of Vince Foster. Though he could have been murdered in the White House. I believe it is confirmed he was involved in this case. He was involved on sending agents to threaten witnesses who said that Fosters car was not there.
Response to you Video Dustin. This is all I am aware of. It concerns me that he would cover up Clinton murder of Foster.

There are numerous articles on this. He was murdered. No way you shoot yourself twice in the back of the head and the weapon is over a dozen feet away.
