Evidently they just don't have the confidence that their voters will actually put a stamp on it themselves... quite the back hand compliment of sorts. During Hussein's initial election for President... I remember going by the back of his local dnc headquarters in a city after he won in 08' and saw dozens of cases of envelopes (5k per case) being just thrown out and all pre-paid postage was stamped and said paid for by the AFLCIO... that was just some of what was being pitched. It was sad to see such waste, knowing what many were going through in the country at that time... it turned my stomach, and the writing on the wall for the waste that was to come.
