@jetskimatty - you might want to double check that source... I don't see the U.S. acquiescing and accepting the magna carta in lieu of the constitution... this post (document) reminds me of "ITCCS" report/writ that called for the arrest and prosecution of the Pope (although probably warranted) the document, validity of the ITCCS, it's powers and authorities, and supporting evidence are not recognized and subsequently invalid.

From what I have read, yes. At this point it is not law in any country, but could be used to set precedent in the countries that sign up.
