@jetskimatty - you might want to double check that source... I don't see the U.S. acquiescing and accepting the magna carta in lieu of the constitution... this post (document) reminds me of "ITCCS" report/writ that called for the arrest and prosecution of the Pope (although probably warranted) the document, validity of the ITCCS, it's powers and authorities, and supporting evidence are not recognized and subsequently invalid.

I would probably wager a guess that the EU now renders much of the magna carta neutered... but no I have not looked into it.
It was a guy who lives right next to it mate he was digging into it and struggling on it then eventually found something saying it’s changed so means nothing to U.K. public now .. it was the only topic he ever spoke of lol but i know zero on most issues but I’m the same if it was in the uk publics benefit the rights will be gone @Irshmun .. it actually hit the guy bad because it’s right in his area never spoke again must have felt that betrayed 👎

From what I have read, yes. At this point it is not law in any country, but could be used to set precedent in the countries that sign up.
