@Dustin Nemoso actually did a research paper on coffee and the caffeine isnt bad for you unless you drink more than 32ounces a day. It actually showed to increase alertness (no duh I know but the study confirmed it)... it's what we add to it that makes it unhealthy i.e. sugar. And no, it doesnt dehydrate you because if the percentage of water used to brew it
