@Dustin Nemoso actually did a research paper on coffee and the caffeine isnt bad for you unless you drink more than 32ounces a day. It actually showed to increase alertness (no duh I know but the study confirmed it)... it's what we add to it that makes it unhealthy i.e. sugar.
