What's the bread and meats?

The bread is white toast bread, deepfried for a few seconds. The small chunks are cut up sausages battered and deep fried. The big piece is the left over batter also deep fried. The cheese is Balcan and the sauce is a mixture of ketchup, soy sauce and garlic powder.
