The neotenous face. I don’t have it. It’s preferable to have a smaller nose, larger eyes, smaller chin, and larger lips. I’m not short either.

It’s where a person might look more young. Having larger eyes and a smaller nose is a huge factor, but the face itself should be shaped so that the chin is not so prominent
