It's a weird regional accent, specific to his specific town

To describe it though, it's kind of a mix of like, mid-western American and country

In short though, his voice doesn't match how he dresses

His voice makes it sound like he should be doing farm work, while his clothes make him look like he should be skateboarding

That’s a bit how my voice is, Midwest with a southern dandy draw but I speak without it most times, he dresses like that, soft’n sweet on the inside

I think he lost a shit ton of weight when he was doing drugs, because all of his shirts are like 2x too large
