I did some light exersize so my heart rate was in the 120's for an hour in the afternoon.

2019-09-09 06:07:51 UTC

Can you give examples?

2019-09-09 06:09:29 UTC

I was riding my bicycle.

2019-09-09 06:10:16 UTC

Try more intense exercises

2019-09-09 06:10:26 UTC

Ones that'll tire your whole body out

2019-09-09 06:10:41 UTC

Push ups, sit ups, running, lifting, etc

2019-09-09 06:10:58 UTC

Really work your body out until it can't anymore

2019-09-09 06:11:42 UTC

Work out until muscle failure

2019-09-09 06:12:27 UTC

Alright, but still. You're acting like riding a bike for an hour isn't good exercise. I *tried*.

2019-09-09 06:12:55 UTC

I mean it’s better than nothing

2019-09-09 06:13:11 UTC

It's good, but it won't completely tire you out

2019-09-09 06:13:57 UTC

I typically try to sprint as long as I can

2019-09-09 06:14:27 UTC

I usually first run and then upperbody/gut stuff

2019-09-09 06:15:17 UTC

I had a little bit out a gut coming in, but after running again since last week , it’s starting to go away

2019-09-09 06:15:42 UTC

Slimming out baby

2019-09-09 06:16:09 UTC

Over ate today by mistake so I'm gonna have to do my full workout again (was gonna do that anyways after taking a break from lifting)

2019-09-09 06:16:18 UTC

Been running at least 2.5 to 3 miles a day

2019-09-09 06:16:29 UTC

Noice

2019-09-09 06:16:54 UTC

Typically run 4-5 days a week with a rest day or two

This is a classic but it's an accurate feel

2019-09-09 07:34:58 UTC

It's 2 am and I cant fucking sleep again. It's time for a /nightride/

2019-09-09 07:45:14 UTC

I know how it feels to be unable to sleep

2019-09-09 07:45:18 UTC

It's shit

2019-09-09 08:04:16 UTC

Fucking use the night filter and everything and use melatonin and worked out that day

2019-09-09 08:04:24 UTC

2019-09-09 08:30:53 UTC

So far Jason hasn't done anything tonight, I don't think he realizes I work Sundays now

2019-09-09 08:31:02 UTC

Sean doesn't know

2019-09-09 08:31:31 UTC

I mentioned the new "no porters in the kitchen" rule and Sean was like "huh, oh that"

2019-09-09 08:31:43 UTC

😞

2019-09-09 10:58:26 UTC

@nnqlnc I know I'm late here but i got an army trick for you. Lay in bed comfortably, preferably on your back. Then go through each limb, flex it (while keeping it still, you ain't doing yoga) and then let it relax again, focusing on feeling the muscles relax and loosen up

2019-09-09 10:58:59 UTC

Repeat until success, it comes easier the more you do it.

2019-09-09 13:11:21 UTC

@nnqlnc im an insomniac too. Here’s the things though. It really helped me out when I bought a new mattress. When you go to bed; don’t even put night filter on just leave your phone to chill somewhere else. But on some music that will either calm or bore you to death. A good example for songs that will calm you is the Halo 3 ODST soundtrack by Martin O’Donnell

2019-09-09 14:06:37 UTC

Wait hold on sheep, jasons the guy you hate right? what did he do?

2019-09-09 17:45:06 UTC

@nnqlnc Have you tried CBD oil? I hear it's pretty good for sleep, as is Lavender apparently.

2019-09-09 18:19:27 UTC

@Deleted User CBD is the craze here because Colorado ("Haha weed dude it cures everything" Im sick of shit like that but there might be something to CBD.) @Foogals I attempted that muscle tense/relax method to no avail, really didnt help, jsut made me uncomfortable. @T-34 Waifu I do *not* have 1,000 to blow on new mattress. The whole fucking industry is a scam, too. I *tried* the filter on my phone and computer, but it didn't work. I know what you're getting at. Music has never helped me go to sleep, either. Any sort of noise aside from the ambient noise of cars passing by my house unsettles me and I can't sleep.

2019-09-09 18:20:14 UTC

Honestly im just going to workout even harder and hope, and maybe just re-apply these methods I guess? I appriciate all the input.

2019-09-09 18:29:44 UTC

If working out harder doesn't work then try out medical weed. I know you don't want to due to some history with it but you should have it as a last resort option. If you choose that route get something that'll give you a body high and not a mental one seeing how you have a bit of a history of paranoia. Again this is a last resort option and you do not have to take it if you don't feel comfortable. Weed isn't the be all end all treatment, but it is good for stress relief if you take the proper ammount and is a good pain killer as well. But it really depends on how your body reacts so i recommend getting the lowest thc weed that you can if you choose this route

2019-09-09 18:31:22 UTC

Even doc knows that weed is a better and less addictive pain killer than meds

2019-09-09 18:36:10 UTC

I dont have a history of schizophrenia or paranoia in my family. And honestly, I blame the internet. I avoid that at all costs due to it being federally illegal and a big no-no if I want to land a clearance job. They're gunna ask and not pull the trigger on spending 5-30k on getting me a clearance if i think i have an extensive history of illicit (federally) drug use.If you're talking just extreme low THC why cant I just go the method Amerikek suggested and steer clear of that, and just get hemp, sourced CBD oil? And also, Templar, I was being paranoid about wal-mart, and my suspicions ended up being true so I don't consider me being outside a standard deviation of normal paranoia. Saw some fucking shit, dude.

2019-09-09 18:40:24 UTC

No need to get confrontational their fam. And the reason i recomend low thc is because i belive cbd doesn't work as effectively without at least a little thc, could be wrong. And remember, just because its a fed 1 drug doesn't mean your gonna immediately get arrested by cops for smoking it if your in an area that's open to weed smoking (live in california and I've smoked publicly with friends, no cops interrogated us) and usually you'll only get drugged tested if your working in a fedral level job, or with anything where heavy machinery is involved
