You can draw better than I ever will, as it goes, the best thing I ever drew was a pinup of my ex to piss her off

The shading on the hair is what jumps out most at me, and not just because of the close-up of it earlier. There's fewer hard lines and more complex gradients. The attention to lighting is also a lot more intense.

If you want something to work on moving forward: the folds in the fabric. Some of those lines are a little abrupt, particularly the one by the waist. The back of it is good, but It should fade off as it wraps around front. However the stitch line and deformation around the collar looks good.

I'm getting pretty nit picky. Fabric isn't easy.
