Wait, so basically, in a private meeting, Trump told Comey that Flynn was " a good guy" and that Comey should "let Flynn go," and they're arguing that is in and of itself "obstruction of justice?" For that to be true, wouldn't there have to be a CRIMINAL investigation into Flynn at the time, at the very least?
