@Darkness I am currently on day 2 of fasting. I am cheating and drinking coffee though. A true fast would just be water. I found this guy - Cole Robinson/Snake Diet. He's awesome. I want to get ripped like him but I am 5% fatter than my ideal bodyfat %.

@secrite There's not much of a real benefit to fasting beyond 2-4 days.
It is of use - I don't have to so horny all the time.
@felldie1496 I watched a video where a guy said that around day 4 you will notice that you don't even get hungry. He said stick with it until the hunger returns and then slowly introduce calories again like with a little apple juice slowly working back up to food.
Now I fap like twice a week..
