visualize your day and you'll fall asleep fast
what benefit does it have apart from sleeping fast?

and go backwards until you got up in the morning
mentally go over the tasks, and all the things you did
write it down?
except you start from the last thing before going to bed, and then visualize each thing you've done throughout the day working backwards
until the first task in the morning
probably good for maintaining a clear mind, that way you can be more present in the day to day activities

stay away from phones or electronics, probably best to get up and train first thing
go outside, sip coffee, come back and journal for example

journaling is excellent

they work, but they're hard to stick too
