Ok pretend like gravity rotated 90 degrees. Put your ass up against the corner of the wall and floor scoot it in there and legs straight up the wall and lay back relaxed on floor. It's like sitting and leading on a wall but rotate as an inversion. You do that and just relax and focus on your breathing. If it's the sound of air coming in and out it your nose , the temperature, whatever that helps you focus on your breath, it will help
