Yeah just sharing what i know, like we all do in mgtow
Might at least save you some time... For example arguing with the guy that wrote that article is a waste of time...
for sure, i've read up on npd behavioral traits, but i just found myself projecting and trying to label people's behavior as such.
Well... In my honest opinion its probably +50% of the population
There are narc traits but npd is different
Projection in npd terms... Is this... They will accuse of cheating when they are cheating
Thats something that would never make sense to me. If im cheating that is the last thing i will ever bring up
They will show you sex bruises and be like look what happened at work
They show it to you
Thats npd...
They like having an effect on the world... They like to destroy because it makes them important enough to have that effect
Hello

Question
I need answers to my DNA testing on 23 n me
Anyone here PREFER living with roommates even if they had the money to live alone?
Also, there's not such a thing as the perfect roomates
But if you chooses right, the relation can last for 3 or 4 years
would rather live on my own
with roomates, there are too many variables you're subjected to that you may not necessarily be able to control.
Yeah, I've been rooming with some decent people but lately their little annoyances have been exemplified. I just can't justify spending the extra $550/mo to live alone.
Yeah... I can't even study in peace half the time because I do live with 2 girls and 2 guys in a frat-house type setup. I've limited interactions to about 20 mins a week so it's more manageable but it's still annoying.
yeah, hard pass.
not only do you have to deal with them, but you have to deal with their shithead associates.
no thanks.
The little things are messing with me like dealing with dirty dishes, not enough room in the fridge, constant noise/smell, pets not being taken care of (defecating/pissing in house), roommates asking for favors, roommates not doing their fair share, etc.
Yeah... they have parties every other weekend.
And all their friends gossip/create drama.
I'm the most mature one in the house so they always approach me like I am a consultant. "What would you do if you were in this situation."
I guess I know I should move out.
Do you think the $10-12k/year I'd spend in housing is a reasonable cost if I make $65-70k? I feel so bad spending that much on housing.
The most legitimate issue I have with them is not having ANY room in the fridge. I am going to have to buy a mini-fridge because the fridge has 3 packs of bud light and other nonsense.
write it out man, the advantages to maintaining that living situation vs. the disadvantages.
if you're not happy where you live, that's really going to put a damper on how much you're able to enjoy life.
honestly, i would consider saving up for a down payment on a house, if the market where you live is able to do that, and buy your own house.
Well, I plan on leaving in 2020 but that was my exact thought.
If I move out in December/January... I can enjoy living alone before moving to a new place for a better job,
Plus, I have a lot of extra work I am putting in while at home so that alone makes investing in my housing worthwhile so I think you're right.
I need a quiet place to focus on my craft.

When I feel like hanging out, I can leave or invite people over to cook them a meal.
The issue is I KNOW I want to move out but I can't seem to justify the cost. I've never spent so much money before...
