@Little_Bob_69 Hmm.... great question. It remains to be seen if history will repeat indefinitely into the "future" with actors taking up the same actions as those that have come before. I do not think that you are going about it the most logically rigorous way because to assume that things in the future will be like how they were in the past, based upon nothing more than the past is a circular argument. Look into the Problem of Induction.

We also need to consider if history is best understood as an object separate from those that study it and is thus unable to be changed by those that participate, or that history is nothing but the entirety of the actors and thus cannot be unchangeable.

We also need to consider if history is predominately to be told in line with a narrative of central actors (the "Great Man" theory of history) vs the idea that history can only be considered in relation to a means of production in which the consciousness of people and their social relations determine the outcomes of what is historical (Historical Materialism).

Yeah if it's completely dependent on in game purchases I probably won't be playing much either tbh. The original red dead online was incredible though. I wish the servers were still populated.
