In Roundtable #2 one of the guys talking in there took way to long to get his points across, that's the only problem I had with that video. He brought up good topics, he just lost focus and went on too many tangents and irrelevant backstory details

No. I work in STEM. Technology is being pushed to get more women. However, I only see women as project managers, product managers or designers / front end. I don’t see many actual engineers being women.

Mechanical engineering - no women. Computer engineering - few women. Trades - few women.
