The side affects were apparent, not confirmed. Can’t even remember if they were specific. “Further studies needed” like always.

Oh I know I read that long-term use could lead to dependency.

There are several things you can do tho. things like 5-Hydroxytryptophan can boost your serotonin to put you to sleep. GABA is hard to influence because of the blood brain barrier. Try to lower glutamate by avoiding stress (-->MGTOW).
