Just keep practicing until you can get rid (or burrow) the stage fright

I used to have stage fright too, when I started giving lectures

But that can be putted under control, with time and practice

maybe i should start small

i think being able to express yourself in public is a valuable skill

without any fear

of opinions or scared of fucking up
