No equipment required
But you have to buy it

i dont buy it when i test it
I got injured and been in and out of the gym since

u can find some result of him in 2001, but not at hsi peak (about 80s)

yeap, i run by myself also 3 times a weak, sometimes wake up at 5 am (before the work) and with snow
i do a lot of boxing
