i do a lot of boxing

I got so much hate on me
for what?
at this time i cant stayed at home without doing anything, the only thing that was calmed me down was to run as much as possible and practice boxing
hard break up, lost my father, lost 2 friends

yeah in the past i got one at home, after i sold it, because a lot gym got one now.
and it's take a lot of space
Yea, my favorite thing to do when I'm really Pissed is to go all out on the punching bag

and your brain will work more efficiency

in order to self actualise you must have a stable emotional foundation. and one of those sub-foundations is your self-esteem and one of the best ways to build up your self-esteem is to take pride in something you do and an example of that is working out. so keep it up @Sigma
