Big Boss~ Always like hearing from him.

2020-01-08 15:35:12 UTC

Who's this fuck knuckle talking rn?

2020-01-08 15:36:21 UTC

Chuck Shumer

2020-01-08 15:37:04 UTC

I've been ignoring him since the first thing I heard him say was a lie

2020-01-08 15:37:26 UTC

"president doesn't have a right to start a war"

2020-01-08 15:37:27 UTC

A fair tactic with him

2020-01-08 15:37:31 UTC

Bullshit

2020-01-08 15:37:39 UTC

That's literally the job description

2020-01-08 15:37:41 UTC

he is an example of everything wrong with politics

2020-01-08 15:49:55 UTC

Remember that any Democrat whining about Trump's war powers or ability to use the military or whatever have been grinning from ear to ear for 8 years while Droney McDroneface just went nuts.

2020-01-08 15:51:44 UTC

Not one of Obama's military operations went through Congress. And he toppled Libya without Congressional approval either. Also, guess why America is in Syria? Obongo. Without Congressional approval.

2020-01-08 15:52:31 UTC

Also, legislature doesn't control executive

2020-01-08 15:53:19 UTC

Remember people bitching about Trump shuffling troops around in Syria? Totally didn't need to happen if it wasn't for Obama.

2020-01-08 15:53:38 UTC

The three branches. The original separate but equal.

2020-01-08 15:54:11 UTC

Well, the Executive's war powers has been tremendously expanded because Congress gave so much of it away.

2020-01-08 15:54:26 UTC

But that doesn't mean Democrats get to whine about it, because they were the cause of that.

2020-01-08 15:55:45 UTC

Legislature set's the rules, once conflict starts executive has to play within the set rules. But legislature doesn't get a say anymore

2020-01-08 15:56:57 UTC

Depends on the conflict. If it's like an emergency, probably just let the Executive make quick decisions. Generally, it should be good to get Congressional approval. Makes everyone accountable, bipartisan accountability, rather than allowing cynical finger-pointing about who's to blame.

2020-01-08 15:58:02 UTC

All of government is made to be reactionary. Laws aren't written until a need for the law has been proven, wars aren't started until we've been hit. When the government starts trying to get preemptive people should get scared

2020-01-08 16:24:02 UTC

2 minute warning

2020-01-08 16:28:49 UTC

strong first sentence

2020-01-08 16:28:52 UTC

2020-01-08 16:29:45 UTC

no american or iraqi deaths, no american casualties

2020-01-08 16:29:50 UTC

"early warning system"

2020-01-08 16:29:57 UTC

5 wounded... So no deaths. Good.

2020-01-08 16:32:53 UTC

2020-01-08 16:33:34 UTC

he blamed obama for it, the madlad

2020-01-08 16:34:06 UTC

He's not wrong

2020-01-08 16:34:52 UTC

When uncle Tom blames the uncle Tom

2020-01-08 16:41:15 UTC

I mean, the money came from somewhere.

2020-01-08 16:43:44 UTC

I'm just memeing

2020-01-08 16:44:13 UTC

I hear the money came from some trees the government planted

2020-01-08 16:44:35 UTC

Also, calling on NATO to be more involved in Middle East. I.e. less burden on the US and shared burden for the West.

2020-01-08 16:46:39 UTC

I think this part is the most important part. Time for the West to pay up, not only in military equipment, but their own blood.

2020-01-08 16:47:22 UTC

Enough with the US being the sole bitchboy dealing with the Middle East.

2020-01-08 16:52:05 UTC

start the countdown to this being because trump is in putin's pocket and is doing this to sow discord in NATO
